Research direction

Start by reproducing the AOTI tutorial at https://pytorch.org/tutorials/recipes/torch_export_aoti_python.html in the nightly runtime images and checking how CUDA_HOME is handled. The issue is complete when the tutorial works in those images or the documentation clearly explains the required CUDA_HOME setup or limitation.
