Research direction

Start by reproducing quantize_dynamic on a MacBook Pro with an M1 processor and capture the full environment and failing operation. Determine whether the reported quantized::linear_prepack NoQEngine error is tutorial-specific or an unsupported backend issue; done means documenting a confirmed cause and a verified resolution or workaround.
