Description

Motivation

ParallelEnv is slow, but SerialEnv does not entirely reflect ParallelEnv's behaviour.
We could design a PseudoParallelEnv, executed serially, but where the _run_worker_pipe_shared_mem would be called in the "exact" same way from the ParallelEnv.
Then, in many tests, we could swap one with the other.
Caveats: nested multiprocessed scripts errors will be missed, ie. one may ignore the need to rely on EnvCreator etc.
