n_fft = 72
hop_length = 1
win_length = 1
freq_bins = n_fft // 2 + 1 # 37 for onesided=True

spectrogram = torch.randn(freq_bins, 1, dtype=torch.complex64)
window = torch.hann_window(win_length)

result = torch.istft(
spectrogram,
n_fft=n_fft,
hop_length=hop_length,
win_length=win_length,
window=window,
onesided=True,
return_complex=False
)
```

### Actual Behaviour

All three parameters are individually valid and within documented constraints (`1 <= win_length <= n_fft`, `hop_length >= 1`). But internally it raised a runtime error.

I may suggest bounds check or a special case for `win_length << n_fft`
