### 🐛 Describe the bug
When a LazyConvTranspose1d layer is executed inside a graph compiled with dynamic=True, its delayed weight-materialization logic passes symbolic ints to the underlying C++ kernel that expects concrete ints.
This triggers an internal TORCH_INTERNAL_ASSERT and raises
RuntimeError: SymIntArrayRef expected to contain only concrete integers
Eager mode works fine; the failure appears only after torch.compile(..., dynamic=True)
