pytorch can not load libtorch trained pt pth model ,

### 🐛 Describe the bug

HI,

I have use cpp libtorch pre trained torch model , but want to load cpp model use python model ,but failed ,can not regcognize ! I know could use onnx transfer them ,but I do not want to use ,because I need to retrain the model .
why not to make cpp and python torch is the same config setting ! this is gap ,please solve it
