Description

### 🐛 Describe the bug

Hello,

I'm trying to compile a project with this libtorch binary: `https://download.pytorch.org/libtorch/rocm6.4/libtorch-shared-with-deps-2.9.0%2Brocm6.4.zip`

Doing so gives me this error:
```
/usr/bin/ld: thirdparty/torch/libtorch/lib/libtorch_cpu.so: undefined reference to `hypot@GLIBC_2.35'
/usr/bin/ld: thirdparty/torch/libtorch/lib/libtorch_cpu.so: undefined reference to `hypotf@GLIBC_2.35'
```

The Getting Started page says that "PyTorch is supported on Linux distributions that use [glibc](https://www.gnu.org/software/libc/) >= v2.28"

Is this referring to something else? Or am I missing something?
