at the bottom of the page there is a link

which should probably instead be

https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior (if applicable):

  1. Go to ' start via cloud partners

  2. click on aws

  3. scroll to the bottom of the page

  4. Click on 'setting up locally'

  5. See error

Oops!
You've reached a dead end

Expected behavior

I think it was supposed to take me to the 'get started locally' content
