Description
📚 Documentation
in https://pytorch.org/serve/use_cases.html There is a hiperlink https://pytorch.org/docker/README.md#create-torch-model-archiver-from-container but that is a dead end page. I imagine the contents of the page should be analogous to the ones here: https://github.com/pytorch/serve/blob/master/docker/README.md#create-torch-model-archiver-from-container
Is this correct?

Research direction
Open use_cases.html and inspect the hyperlink to the Docker README anchor. Compare the linked section with docker/README.md#create-torch-model-archiver-from-container, then confirm the documentation link leads to a live page with the intended content. Done means the hyperlink no longer ends at a dead page.
