Description
🚀 The feature, motivation and pitch
Use tools to build the code testing coverage for both Python and C++ codes, to track and maintain the code quality.
Alternatives
@kirklandsign : sh test/run_oss_cpp_tests.sh should generate it. However, I didn't see the corresponding logs in GH
@digantdesai : We can do similar to -fprofile with pytest conv for python files, parse it and report it.

Research direction
Start by running sh test/run_oss_cpp_tests.sh and inspecting how its coverage output is produced, then examine the proposed pytest conv and -fprofile approach for Python. The work is done when CI reports usable coverage signals and logs for both the Python and C++ code.
