Description
Integrate llguidance (https://github.com/guidance-ai/llguidance) via CMake ExternalProject_Add + cargo build. Gated by EXECUTORCH_BUILD_LLGUIDANCE flag. Produces libllguidance.a + llguidance.h. Ref: kotoba.cpp/common/CMakeLists.txt. Cross-compile: Android NDK + iOS targets needed.
