Description

I'm trying to work with frequencies below 20hz, preferably at 18,98hz but as the documentation says it only supports above 4000, 8000, and 9000. Even though is there a way to force torch to work with my desire frequency?? please

Research direction

Start by reviewing the audio-frequency documentation referenced in the issue and the existing constraints around supported frequencies. Determine whether accepting 18.98 Hz is intended behavior and identify the project changes and validation needed for support; done should include a clear answer or documented, tested support.
