Research direction
Start by reviewing issue 2324 and repeatedly loading the Python 3.14.2 release page in Chrome on macOS to confirm the intermittent failure. Trace the page's JavaScript-loading path and compare successful and failing loads. Done means the release page no longer intermittently shows the “Please turn on JavaScript” message.
