Description
Recently it was reported that in Google site search for d.p.o, we still have Python 2 results appearing first (e.g. https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Adocs.python.org%20enumerate). I wondered if we have an existing registration with the Google SEO/Webmaster tools that might shed any light as to why. If not, would we be OK setting one up? I'm happy to help for docs-related domains. Also cross-linking a related issue for documentation SEO.
Thanks!

Research direction
Start by checking whether an existing Google Webmaster or SEO registration covers the docs-related domains. Then read the linked documentation SEO issue for context and determine whether setting up a registration is approved and who should own it. Done means documenting the existing status or an agreed setup path.
