Description
Goals:
- Discoverability of what we’re running and where!
- Where to go when things go wrong, investigations and potentially past/common issues.
- The ability to identify/contact folks responsible for a given service to notify of changes or requests from infra staff.
Probably worth researching broader open source foundations and similar open source projects for how they’ve approached?
Biggest asks:
For a given service/application:
- who do we talk to?
- how do we get assistance for non-infra owned parts?
- how do we get reviews?
