Description
Feature
(A clear and concise description of your feature proposal.)
mypy supports a -c flag to pass in code to check by string. dmypy is missing this feature. This would help prevent creating temporary files to speed up checks.
Pitch
Add in the same option for dmypy
dmypy check -c "a=2"

Research direction
Start by comparing the existing mypy -c option with dmypy check command handling and identify where dmypy parses check arguments. Done means dmypy check -c "a=2" accepts the code string and checks it without requiring a temporary file.
