Description
There have been heaps of issues raised here where mypy crashes during a run due to plugins needing updating.
I think if there are any plugins active then mypy should contain more useful info in the output message, perhaps directing users to try running mypy with the plugins disabled.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating mypy's plugin-loading and crash-reporting paths, then inspect existing error-output tests. Done means plugin-related crashes provide actionable guidance about disabling or updating plugins, backed by a regression test.
