Description

I think it would help a lot if the project contained IDE configuration settings. It would lower the barrier of entry for new contributors.

eg: add a .idea and .vscode folder to the project.

I don't know if other editors like vim would benefit from this.

I'd be happy to start a PR if this is Idea is deemed acceptable.
