Feature
To enable strict checking in an existing codebase, one has to either:
- type-annotate all existing code, or
- add
# type: ignoreto most lines, or - exempt existing files type strict checking
I'd like to propose an ignore list that "locks in place" the current symbols and their lack of signatures, on a symbol-by-symbol basis and not per-file basis.
