Description
We've supported --strict-equality for quite some time and it works quite well. Maybe it's time to turn it on by default. It would still be possible to use --no-strict-equality to turn it off.
Strict equality checking generates errors for code like 'x' == 5 or 'x' is 5.
We may want to fix some remaining issues first, such as #8296.
