Description
Documentation
I find the way the info in Doc/library/tempfile.rst is organized a bit confusing. What I think many devlopers want to know is "When is this temp file going to get deleted?" PR to follow.

Research direction
Read Doc/library/tempfile.rst and review how it currently presents file-removal behavior. Reorganize the documentation so readers can readily determine when temporary files are deleted; completion means the relevant conditions are clearly explained in that file.
