Description
Feature or enhancement
Proposal:
As noted in the review of #144420, the Python level implementation of special method lookup has heavy dependency, and we need to expose the C level function.
Has this already been discussed elsewhere?
This is a minor feature, which does not need previous discussion elsewhere

Research direction
Start with the C-level special method lookup implementation in Objects/typeobject.c at lines 2922-2983, then read the discussion in PR #144420 and the linked PR #144990. Done means the existing lookup is exposed at the Python level without the heavy dependency described in the proposal.
