REPL: incorrect error: `terminal doesn't have the required clear capability`

Reproduziere die Warnung in der Python 3.14 REPL mit TERM=xterm-direct und vergleiche anschließend die Erkennung der Terminalfähigkeiten mit TERM=xterm und xterm-256color. Untersuche den REPL-Code, der die Clear-Fähigkeit prüft, und verwende die bereitgestellte infocmp-Ausgabe als Beleg. Erledigt ist die Aufgabe, wenn xterm-direct nicht mehr die falsche Warnung ausgibt und die Syntaxhervorhebung funktioniert.

Bug description:

When running Python 3.14 (from pkgsrc on NetBSD 11/x86_64 in case it matters) with TERM=xterm-direct, I get an error:

The error doesn't make sense, because the terminal descriptions do not differ in that regard:
