New Python REPL double-prints completion suggestions

Bug description:

If a keyboard interrupt is given while TAB autocomplete suggestions are being displayed, they are re-printed also below the last line, and continue to be re-printed as long as new keyboard interrupts are given.

Reproduce the issue in the Python 3.14 REPL with int.<TAB><TAB> followed by repeated Ctrl-C presses, then inspect the linked PRs gh-128442 and gh-128467 for the active implementation context. Done means interrupted completion suggestions are not printed again and normal input or Enter still clears them as described.
