Description

I just created a blurb with blurb-it and that failed CI: https://github.com/python/cpython/actions/runs/26935828932/job/79465266811?pr=150870

warning: in the working copy of 'Misc/NEWS.d/next/Library/2026-06-04-06-50-06.gh-issue-150898.1LkLA3.rst', CRLF will be replaced by LF the next time Git touches it

Maybe the tool should normalize line endings in multi-line blurbs.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the multiline blurb case described in issue #453 with blurb-it and inspect how the generated Misc/NEWS.d/*.rst file is written. Verify that multiline blurbs use consistent line endings and that the resulting file no longer triggers the reported CI warning or failure.
