Description

Start by reproducing the failure with Trio on PyPy3 for Windows and inspect the paths that call signal.set_wakeup_fd. Determine whether the fix belongs in PyPy or Trio, then verify that the affected Trio functions no longer raise NotImplementedError on that platform.
