[self-tests] several failures against toml-test 1.1.0

I've updated toml-test for my distro (1.1.0).
after that tomlkit's tests suite fails with:

tomlkit 0.9.0.

I understand that this project submodules toml-test (1.0.0 atm).

Start with tests/test_toml_tests.py and the toml-test submodule version mentioned in the report. Run the suite against toml-test 1.1.0 and inspect the four invalid_decode failures involving dotted keys and carriage returns. Done means the compatibility issue is resolved and the full self-test suite passes.
