Missing linux and source files in lockfile

• I am on the latest stable Poetry version, installed using a recommended method.

• I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate.

• I have consulted the FAQ and blog for any relevant entries or release notes.

• If an exception occurs when executing a command, I executed it again in debug mode (-vvv option) and have included the output below.

Issue

poetry lock produces a lockfile without the files for manylinux, musllinux and source.
This makes poetry install fail with

Unable to find installation candidates for orjson (3.9.1)

Tried the same thing in a clean docker container python:3.9 (same pyenv and pip installed) and it produces the expected lockfile with all the files included.

Start by reproducing poetry lock with the pyproject.toml linked in the issue on Arch Linux or the python:3.9 container, then compare the generated lockfile with the reported diff. Trace how Poetry collects package files for orjson 3.9.1; done means the lockfile includes the manylinux, musllinux, and source files and poetry install succeeds.
