Description
- I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate.
Issue
Many modern CI systems support partial cache restoration, which improves performance. Some packages managers support partial cache restoration, and some do not. It would be helpful to document whether or not Poetry does so that users know how to configure caching appropriately.

Research direction
Review Poetry's cache behavior and existing documentation, using the linked CI cache references as context. Document whether partial cache restoration is supported and how users should configure caching; done when the behavior and configuration guidance are clear.
