Description

This is probably a useful way to quickly save/load registries, usable by projects like jsonschema-specifications.

A minor thing to decide is whether to automatically call .crawl when serializing or not.

Research direction

Read the Registry implementation and its existing .crawl behavior first. Define the JSON round-trip contract for saving and loading registries, including whether serialization triggers .crawl; done means both directions work and that decision is documented.
