Description
i keep running into people that import fixtures thus ending up with hard to debug duplicates and/or longer test-runs
i think its critical to warn when fixtures are imported directly - if a duplicate is wanted, it should be more explicitly stated

Research direction
The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Start by tracing how pytest discovers and loads fixtures, then inspect existing warning behavior; the expected warning, duplicate-fixture semantics, and tests for completion need to be defined with maintainers.
