Description
I tried with -n auto and intentionally failed some unit tests to check if it aborts GitHub action but it doesn't while simple pytest does abort.

Research direction
Reproduce the reported behavior by running intentionally failing unit tests with -n auto under a GitHub Action, then compare it with a simple pytest run. Trace where the distributed test run reports failure and where the action receives the result. Done means failed tests cause the GitHub Action to fail as expected.
