Description
With https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest-xdist/issues/327 (errors due to out-of-memory), it would be useful if those tests could be run on another node automatically/optionally.
I guess that --dist=each would consider the test(s) to be OK if it failed only on one node, but I am using --dist=loadfile (for performance reasons).

Research direction
Start by reading issue #327 and comparing the described behavior of --dist=each with the current --dist=loadfile mode. Define the optional rerun-on-another-node behavior and its success criteria before locating the relevant implementation and tests; the issue does not name files or test entry points.
