Description
Forwarded from Debian-Bug#872992.

Research direction
No file or test path is named. Reproduce the test failures with Qt 5.9, then inspect the test setup and CI commands to determine where the QT_LOGGING_RULES setting belongs. Done means the affected test suite passes under Qt 5.9 without logging-related failures.
