Description

When I run pytest --help, I see (amongst other things):

env_files (linelist): a line separated list of env files to parse

I know how to specify this var in pyproject.toml or pytest.ini, but how do I pass it as a CLI argument?

Research direction

Start with pytest --help and the existing pyproject.toml or pytest.ini configuration for env_files. Document the command-line syntax for passing this line-separated list, including a concise example. Done means a user can determine how to provide env_files from the documentation without needing to ask.
