Description
I like to use -vvv to see a nice list of tests as they're being run, but that has the side effect of database creation verbose.
I don't really like scrolling through page after page of migrate output when a test fails, so my question is:
Is there a way of getting test progress like with -vvv but without database creation verbosity?

Research direction
Start at pytest_django/fixtures.py lines 52-55 and trace how -vvv reaches database creation output. Done means test progress remains visible while database creation migration output is suppressed; the issue does not name a test file to run.
