Description

Is it currently possible to set a default parser?
ie
Instead of writing:
@given(parsers.parse("the animal is {name}")

I want to configure parser.parse as the default (perhaps in pytest.ini) so i can then write:
@given("the animal is {name}")

Reason: Clearer decorators

Research direction

Start by tracing the @given decorator and parsers.parse entry points mentioned in the issue. Determine how parser selection is currently passed and where pytest.ini configuration could be read. Done means a configured default lets users write @given("the animal is {name}") while preserving explicit parser selection.
