Description
Noticed there is an issue when displaying the website on mobile, the menu selection for languages is there but when you click on it, it displays option in the wrong size and layer, seems to be in a small non overlayed window that is scrollable but in the wrong format

Research direction
Reproduce the language-menu interaction on a mobile/iOS viewport, using the screenshots as the visual reference. Trace the existing language-menu entry point and its responsive display layer; done means the options appear at the intended size as an overlaid menu rather than a small scrollable window.
