easy_install (bdist_egg) doesn't install headers

Description
This is probably a lesser used feature... (It's poorly documented)
easy_install and bdist_egg (python setup.py install also invokes them when you use setuptools) won't install headers:

setup(
name="spam",

headers=["include/spam/spam.h"],
)
Since wheels exist, I doubt this will ever get fixed, but having this issue might be useful in case anyone still uses eggs and stumbles upon this.
