Description
pyOCD v0.37 now has a first integration with CMSIS-Toolbox. This requires better documentation (#https://github.com/Open-CMSIS-Pack/cmsis-toolbox/issues/395)
As CMSIS-Toolbox contains command line tools for pack management, the features that are currently available in pyOCD will be frozen. User's should be informed about this - we will therefore decide how to add warning messages in one of the next steps.
