Description

Description

Others like vstack, column_stack and so one are probably missing as well. First step is to list all of them and confirm they are missing in pytensor.tensor

This should not require a new Op, just repurpose existing concatenate and sprinke expand_dims / atleast_nd as needed

Research direction

Start with the NumPy hstack reference and the public pytensor.tensor API, then inspect the existing concatenate, expand_dims, and atleast_nd helpers. Confirm which NumPy-like stacking helpers are absent, define the intended hstack scope, and verify the completed behavior against the documented NumPy cases.
