Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported extraction and installation from the PyPI pytensor-2.13.1.tar.gz archive, then check why tests/unittest_tools.py is absent. Verify the source distribution includes that file and run python -m pytest tests/test_breakpoint.py from the extracted archive to confirm the issue is fixed.
