Description

Similar to https://github.com/pymc-devs/pymc/pull/7826 but for the pytensor graph.

What are the different types of nodes in the graph? Do plates / subgraphs exist (would this be each op)? What is the idea here?

Research direction

Start by reviewing the analogous PyMC pull request linked in the issue and the questions about PyTensor graph node types, plates, and subgraphs. Done means agreeing on the graph-to-Mermaid representation and implementing support for the required structures.
