Description

In resampling.rs there are no tests for StratifiedResampling or MultinomialResampling. This task requires a reasonable amount of work, but is straightforward.

Checks could include, for example:

  • Check that the outputs are usize
  • Similar correctness tests as for SystematicResampling

Research direction

Open resampling.rs and start by reading the existing tests for SystematicResampling. Add comparable correctness checks for StratifiedResampling and MultinomialResampling, including that their outputs are usize values. Run the Rust test suite and consider the work done when both resampling implementations have coverage comparable to SystematicResampling.
