Description

Brief Description

The Windows build never fails when it should. #738 comments out the windows build in .azure-pipelines/pipeline-master.yml so that it doesn't run until properly debugged.

Notes

  • This issue is a placeholder for reminding the dev team to debug the windows build.

Research direction

Start by reading .azure-pipelines/pipeline-master.yml and the changes referenced in #738, then run the Windows build to reproduce its failure-reporting behavior. Done means the Windows build correctly fails when it should and can be re-enabled in the pipeline.
