Description
At the moment the latest version of the template notebook for open educational resources is stored in closed educational resources.
To have it visible for people who are interested in pyfar educational, but don't have access to cer, it is part of the gallery.
To keep this up to date, we want to download the latest version of the template from cer with every docs build on gallery.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by locating the documentation build configuration and the existing gallery notebook, then determine how the latest template can be accessed from the closed educational resources repository. Done means each docs build downloads the current template and exposes it in the gallery.
