Description

The aberrations should be available, so that they can be added to all data.
In the moment they are only in corrector but are not exported to electron_microscope class.

Aberrations are needed to calculate exact probe shape.
But they may not be available if correction was not done by server.

Research direction

Start by tracing how aberrations are stored in the corrector and how metadata is exported to the electron_microscope class. Check how metadata is attached to all data and how the no-server-correction case is represented. Done means aberration parameters are available to calculate the exact probe shape without assuming server-side correction.
