Description
Hello everyone!
First - thanks a lot for this program!
I'm new to py4dstem and have few questions.
I have NBED stack acquired in ThermoFisher TIA software and stored in *.ser file, is there perhaps any converter to hdf5 format? (I tried to create small linear stack of 100 NBEDs and reshape it in actual 0.14.18 version of py4dstem with set_scan_shape method, but there is no method with such name).
So i installed legacy version 0.12.24 and reshaped my stack, but i couldn't save it to any format. Is there any posibilities?

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is identified. Start by reproducing the reported workflow with the ThermoFisher TIA .ser file in py4DSTEM 0.14.18 and legacy 0.12.24, focusing on set_scan_shape and saving the reshaped stack; done would require a confirmed converter or documented import and export path.
