Description

Hi!

I have worked on my own implementation of NoTears in PyTorch. I noticed in your repo, there is no NoTears implementation. I was thinking of contributing to your repo by adding in NoTears. My thinking is to make the NoTears similar to LiNGAM.

NoTears paper: https://arxiv.org/pdf/1803.01422
(or https://arxiv.org/abs/1803.01422)

Thanks!

Research direction

Start by reviewing the repository's existing LiNGAM implementation and the linked NoTears paper to determine the expected API and algorithm scope. No target files, tests, or acceptance criteria are named; done would require a NoTears implementation integrated consistently with the project and verified by appropriate tests.
