Research direction
Start by searching the causal-learn repository for existing independence-test implementations and references to CCI. Read Ramsey's cited paper to determine the required algorithm and compare it with what the project already provides. Done means confirming an existing implementation or defining and adding a complete CCI test with appropriate project integration.
